In the asbestos cement product industry, strengthening the production process and improving the technological process can greatly increase the output and quality of asbestos cement products. The production capacity of the tile making machine and the properties of the asbestos cement product mainly depend on the following process factors: the temperature of the asbestos cement slurry (suspension), the thickness of the material layer, the degree of compaction, the molding speed, and the hardening conditions of the product. In order to ascertain the impact of various factors and to determine the most appropriate process parameters for the production of asbestos cement products under factory conditions, we have conducted a series of experimental studies. It is described below: Asbestos cement slurry temperature. Under the production conditions, a batch of test pieces (slabs) of various shapes were prepared and the cement ratio was used.
