建立了一种高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定混剂中三唑磷和阿维菌素含量的方法。本文采用Eclipse XDB C18不锈钢柱,以甲醇、乙腈和水为流动相,使用梯度洗脱程序,在245 nm波长下,同时分离测定三唑磷.阿维菌素10.5%微囊悬浮剂中的有效成分。结果表明,三唑磷和阿维菌素的线性相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9997;标准偏差分别为0.029、0.060;变异系数分别为0.36%、2.37%;平均回收率分别为99.59%、99.83%。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of triazophos and abamectin in the mixture was established. In this paper, Eclipse XDB C18 stainless steel column with methanol, acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase, using a gradient elution program at 245 nm wavelength, simultaneous determination of triazophos abamectin 10.5% microencapsulated suspension effective ingredient. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of triazophos and abamectin were 0.9999 and 0.9997, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.029 and 0.060, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.36% and 2.37%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.59% and 99.83% respectively.
