应用LC-MS/MS方法对复方双参通冠中7种成分脱氢紫堇碱、延胡索乙素、丹酚酸B、人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1和Rd在不同配伍方式下的血药浓度进行了测定,应用WinNonlin软件进行数据处理,通过AUC值探讨不同配伍对这7种成分的影响。结果显示配伍后延胡索乙素的AUC值显著提高,丹酚酸B、人参皂苷Rg1、Re和Rd的AUC值显著降低,人参皂苷Rb1在两两配伍下AUC值升高,但复方配伍给药下AUC值降低,脱氢紫堇碱血药浓度低于检测限而无法判定配伍对其影响。
The LC-MS / MS method was used to determine the plasma concentrations of seven components of compound Shuangshentongshuang, such as dehydration corydaline, tetrahydropalmatine, salvianolic acid B, ginsenoside Rg1, Re, Rb1 and Rd in different combinations The data were processed by WinNonlin software and the effects of different compatibility on these seven components were investigated by AUC. The results showed that the AUC value of tetrahydropalmatine was significantly increased after combination, and the AUC value of salvianolic acid B, ginsenoside Rg1, Re and Rd was significantly decreased. The AUC value of ginsenoside Rb1 was increased under the combination of two groups, AUC value decreased, dehydration concentration of corydaline lower than the detection limit and can not determine the impact of compatibility.
