某油田2#转油站管辖油井85口、正常生产油井26口,其它油井低产关井或是间抽,日产液量约为75t/d,现有2台Q=40m3/h、△P=2.0MPa混输泵运行困难。针对该站站外为树状电加热集油工艺、外输管线为电加热管的有利条件,2012年6月进行了越站试验,井口最大回压1.2MPa,各节点运行参数能满足生产需要,越站运行存在可行性。针对地区冬季寒冷情况,冬季越站运行还需摸索,为保证生产,对2#转油站提出改造措施,保证冬季的正常生产。
