1975年1月1日 先后同李先念、邓小平谈话。 在人民大会堂主持中共中央政治局会议,讨论四届人大有关人事安排问题。根据毛泽东一再提出的要安定团结的指示,会议确定了“基本不动,个别调整”的原则,讨论通过邓小平起草的关于国务院的部、委设置和各部部长、委员会主任、最高人民法院院长人选的报告。4日,和王洪文联名向毛泽东报告会议情况,并送去讨论通过的人事安排方案。
