劳动合同作为一种新型用工制度已在全国普遍实行,但还需要继续巩固和发展。通过劳动合同管理能提高劳动双方对合同制度的认识,发挥合同制度的优越性,并对提高劳动者积极性、保护劳动者合法权益具有重要作用。对企业而言,劳动合同能构建和谐劳动关系、提高企业经济效益。本文从企业劳动合同管理存在的问题入手进行分析,并提出了相应的管理措施。
As a new type of employment system, labor contracts have been widely practiced throughout the country, but they still need to be further consolidated and developed. Through labor contract management, both parties can raise their awareness of the contract system and give play to the superiority of the contract system. They also play an important role in enhancing the enthusiasm of workers and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers. For enterprises, labor contracts can build a harmonious labor relations and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. This article analyzes the existing problems of the enterprise’s labor contract management and puts forward the corresponding management measures.
