为向中老年女性科学锻炼提供实证依据,运用实验法及问卷调查法对中老年女性参加健身气功和广场舞锻炼后的锻炼效果进行比较研究。研究发现:1)广场舞较健身气功在改善中老年女性身体形态方面有较好的效果;2)两者在改善中老年女性心肺功能和身体素质方面具均有良好的效果;3)健身气功较广场舞在提高中老年女性的平衡能力方面的效果更好;4)健身气功较广场舞在减少负性情绪方面效果更明显。
In order to provide empirical evidence for middle-aged and older women’s scientific exercise, a comparative study was conducted on the exercise effects of middle-aged and older women participating in the exercises after Health Qigong and square dance by using the experimental method and questionnaire. The findings are as follows: 1) The square dance has a better effect than the fitness Qigong on improving the body shape of middle-aged and elderly women; 2) both have good effects on improving the cardiopulmonary function and physical fitness of middle-aged and elderly women; 3) More square dance is more effective in improving the balance ability of middle-aged and elderly women; 4) Health Qigong is more effective in reducing negative emotions than square dance.
