目的:提取分离野生金樱子中的多糖并分析其抗氧化活性。方法:采用超声波辅助-热水提取湘西野生金樱子中的多糖,通过除色素、除蛋白、醇沉等步骤纯化,以抗坏血酸作参照物,考察了金樱子多糖对油脂氧化体系的抑制作用、对羟基自由基(·OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O_2~-·)的清除能力及对三价铁离子(Fe~(3+))的还原效果。结果:对植物油和动物油的保护率为50%时的金樱子多糖质量浓度分别为2.8 ng·m L~(-1)和5.9 ng·m L~(-1),对羟基自由基的清除能力为50%时的金樱子多糖浓度为4.7 ng·m L~(-1),同浓度的金樱子多糖对超氧阴离子自由基清除率为23%,金樱子多糖能较好地还原三价铁离子。结论:金樱子多糖具有优良的抗氧化活性,并且其抗氧化活性与多糖质量浓度呈良好的剂量相关效应。
Objective: To extract polysaccharides from wild Rosa laevigata and analyze its antioxidant activity. Methods: Polysaccharide was extracted from the wild Rosa laevigata by ultrasonic-assisted hot water extraction. Purification was carried out by the procedures of de-pigmenting, protein removal and alcohol precipitation. Ascorbic acid was used as the reference substance to study the inhibitory effect of Rosa laevigata on lipid oxidation , Scavenging ability of hydroxyl radical (· OH) and superoxide anion radical (O_2 ~ - ·) and reducing effect on ferric ion (Fe 3+). Results: The results showed that the polysaccharides from Rosa Lactucae L.cv.L.auriculata L.were 2.8 ng · m L -1 and 5.9 ng · m L -1 when the protection rate of vegetable oil and animal oil was 50% The rosa laevigata polysaccharides concentration was 4.7 ng · m L -1 with the capacity of 50%. The clearance rate of rosa ciliata seedlings with superoxide anion radical at the same concentration was 23% Restore ferric ion. Conclusion: Rosa laevigata polysaccharide has excellent antioxidant activity, and its antioxidant activity and polysaccharide concentration showed a good dose-related effects.
