蛋白激酶几乎与所有重要的发育代谢过程有关,已知在植物的发育、自交不亲和、雄性不育、抗逆和抗病等生命活动过程中起重要的调控作用[1]。蛋白激酶在各种生物中广泛存在,根据网络公布的水稻全基因组序列图谱,通过同源序列比对,TIGR Rice Genome Annotation-Release4共找到了1532个具有激酶结构域的蛋白质(PF00069)[2],拟南芥中也存在1053个激酶[1],这些激酶与它们的上下游蛋白质组成了一个复杂而有序的网络,调节着植物的正常生长发育和对外界环境的反应。
Protein kinases are involved in almost all important developmental metabolic processes and are known to play an important regulatory role in life processes such as plant development, inbreeding, male sterility, resistance and disease resistance. Protein kinases are found in a wide range of organisms. According to the published genome-wide rice genome sequence map, 1532 kinases with protein kinase domain (PF00069) were found in TIGR Rice Genome Annotation-Release 4 by homologous sequence alignment [2] There are also 1053 kinases in Arabidopsis [1]. These kinases, together with their upstream and downstream proteins, form a complex and orderly network that regulates the normal growth and response of plants to the environment.
