当前新课程改革在课堂教学层面所遭遇到的最大挑战是无效和低效问题。课堂教学改革就其总体而言,在朝着新课程的理念和方向扎实推进,但是由于对新课程理念理解不到位以及由于实施者缺乏必要的经验和能力,课堂教学改革也出现了形式化、低效化的现象。可以说,提升课堂教学的有效性是当前深化课堂改革的关键和根本要求。就新课程背景下农村高中历史课堂教学低效现象及其成因进行了分析。
