自二十一世纪以来,城市发展的进程越来越快,曾经的城市边缘地区逐渐变为新的城市中心,这些新城市中心的形成给位于此地域的旧工业带来巨大的发展障碍,同时它们也阻碍着城市的建设和规划。科学技术的进步、用地租金的上涨、工厂设备的落后等各种问题的涌现使得大量的工业开始外迁或者倒闭,具有时代印记的工业厂房被遗弃。济南成丰面粉厂是济南近代工业发展的典型代表,由于产业的没落,该厂旧址一直闲置未利用,在城市建设的过程中,同时又面临着被拆除的危险。这些位于城市中心地带的废弃甚至濒临消亡的旧工业厂房,记载着城市发展历史,如何对其进行有效的再利用是当下城市发展的重点之一。

The emergence of various problems such as the advancement of science and technology, the increase of land rent and the backwardness of factory equipment led to the relocation or closure of a large number of industries. The industrial plants with the imprinting of the times were abandoned. Jinan Cheng Feng Flour Mill is a typical representative of modern industrial development in Jinan. Due to the decline of the industry, the former site of the plant has been left unused for a long time. At the same time, it is also facing the danger of demolition. These old industrial plants, which are located in the center of the city and are on the verge of disappearing, record the history of urban development and how to recycle them effectively is one of the focuses of current urban development.
