微型课题的研究是指教师在短时间内以自己教育、教学实践中遇到的问题为课题,由教师个人或几个人合作,运用科研的方法,探寻解决教育教学中具体问题对策的课题研究形式。我们常说问题即课题,虽然不全面,但也有一定的道理。所以,我们必须首先找到值得研究的问题,然后寻找解决问题的方法,再用这些方法解决自己教育教学中遇到的问题,最后作为经验总结供自己和课题组甚至更多的教师学习和借鉴。因此,要做好一个微型课题的研究,六个“一”必不可少。
