青年男尸,肌肉发达。解剖发现双侧胸骨肌纤维呈弧形附于胸大肌表面,并与胸大肌纤维几乎垂直。其形态、数目、起止点加以描述如下。 右侧由内侧和外侧肌束组成(见附图)。两肌束的起止点水平均于第2～3肋间隙,前正中线外侧15.84mm处起于胸大肌表面。从第2～3肋间起由内上向外侧弓形行向内下,于第5肋软骨前正中线外侧12.66mm处止于胸大肌表面。肌腹扁平,两端窄中间宽。外侧肌束(见A),上端(起点)腱膜长22.86mm,下端(止点)腱膜长
Young male body, muscular. Anatomy found that the bilateral sternal muscle fibers arc attached to the surface of the pectoralis major, and pectoralis major muscle fibers almost perpendicular. Its shape, number, starting and ending points are described as follows. The right side consists of medial and lateral fascicles (see attached). Beginning and ending of the two muscle bundle water level in the first 2 ~ 3 intercostal space, the anterior midline midline 15.84mm at the pectoralis major surface.
