随着当前课改的深入,如何优化课堂教学,提高教学的有效性已被提上议事日程,而作业作为课堂教学的重要组成部分、延续和补充,是学生掌握科学文化知识和渗透德育必不可少的环节。因此,如何提高作业的有效性已经刻不容缓!笔者在开展高效课堂的同时在布置作业上狠下工夫,既防止了学生两极分化,又提高了学生成绩。以下是我在教育教学管理理念上一些成功的做法,现与大家分享共勉。
