目的为了识别、分析与评价某油田采油井区新建项目可能产生的主要职业病危害因素及危害程度,论证该项目可行性研究报告和工程初步设计中采取的职业病危害因素防护措施的可行性、充分性。方法按照《建设项目职业病危害预评价技术导则》的要求,采用类比法和检查表法相结合进行定性和定量分析评价。结果该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,其生产过程中产生和存在的职业病危害因素有甲烷、乙烷、苯及其化合物、硫化氢、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、噪声、高温、粉尘等。结论该建设项目拟采取的职业病危害防护设施和措施基本符合职业卫生的要求,从职业卫生角度分析该建设项目是可行的。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the main occupational hazards and hazards that may arise from a new oilfield project in an oilfield, demonstrate the feasibility and adequacy of the feasibility study report and the occupational hazard factors adopted in the preliminary design of the project . Methods According to the requirements of Technical Guidelines for Pre-evaluation of Occupational Hazards in Construction Projects, qualitative and quantitative analysis and appraisal were conducted by combining analogy with checklist. Results The project belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational hazards. The occupational hazards that occur and exist in the production process include methane, ethane, benzene and its compounds, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, noise, heat and dust. Conclusion The protective facilities and measures to be taken for occupational hazards in this project basically meet the requirements of occupational health. It is feasible to analyze the construction project from the perspective of occupational health.
