目的探索膜型基质金属蛋白酶-1(membrane-type1 matrix metalloproteinase, MT_1-MMP)与肝细胞癌(HCC)侵袭转移性的关系及以MT_1-MMP来判断肝细胞癌侵袭转移性的可能性和方法。方法通过RT-PCR对正常肝、 HCC及其癌旁组织、癌栓组织,裸鼠人肝癌高、低转移模型中的MT_1-MMP mRNA进行半定量研究,并与HCC侵袭转移的病理指标进行统计分析。结果正常肝、HCC及其癌旁组织、癌栓组织,裸鼠人肝癌高、低转移模型中均有MT_1-MMP mRNA表达,表达值分别为 1.12± 0.73、 3.51± .97、 1.19± 0.57和4.45±1.11;在癌组织,癌栓组织,裸鼠人肝癌高转移模型中MT_1-MMP mRNA水平增高与HCC侵袭转移性有关;癌组织MT_1-MMP mRNA水平高于其癌旁组织,是通过MT_1-MMP判断HCC侵袭转移性的重要指标。结论MT_1-MMP与HCC侵袭转移性有关;癌组织MT_1-MMPmRNA水平是否高于癌旁组织可作为通过MT_1-MMP判断HCC侵袭转移性的一项指标。
