对农村居士人群和一般人群的膳食结构进行调查分析,发现居士人群仅以植物性食品为其营养来源,而一般人群则以动、植物食品为其营养来源。研究显示该两组人群可作为研究营养与疾病关系的可靠基线人群。
The survey and analysis of the dietary structure of rural residents and the general population shows that the population of residents only uses plant foods as their nutritional source, while the general population uses animal and plant foods as their nutritional source. Studies have shown that both groups can serve as a reliable baseline for studying the relationship between nutrition and disease.
