通过使用肝细胞生长素（ｐＨＧＦ），观察了血清Ⅳ型胶原（ｃｏｌⅣ），层粘连蛋白（ＬＮ）和透明质酸酶（ＨＡ）治疗前后浓度的变化，发现ｐＨＧＦ能降低血清中上述指标的浓度，这对于改善肝脏纤维化程度，防止发生肝硬化非常有益。
The changes of serum concentrations of col Ⅳ, LN and HA before and after treatment were observed by using the hepatocyte growth-promoting factor (pHGF), and it was found that pHGF can lower the concentration of the above indicators in serum , Which is very useful for improving the degree of hepatic fibrosis and preventing the occurrence of cirrhosis.
