多功能清雪车中雪铲作业阻力分析

针对多功能清雪车分析了圆弧犁式中雪铲的清雪作业阻力、牵引平衡以及功率平衡,建立了相应的数学模型。利用模型对中雪铲作业特性进行了分析和计算。分析和计算结果表明,中雪铲各项功能满足设计指标要求。利用样机上的中雪铲进行了单独作业试验,路面积雪平均厚度150mm,作业速度13km/h,积雪清除宽度2.5m。样机作业试验表明,中雪铲的各种设计参数确定合理,整机质量、牵引力、中雪铲作业阻力、作业速度匹配良好,样机作业试验结果与理论计算结果基本相符。 According to the multi-functional snow car, the snow plowing resistance, traction balance and power balance of snow plow in arc plow are analyzed, and the corresponding mathematical model is established. The snow snow shovel operation characteristics were analyzed and calculated by using the model. Analysis and calculation results show that the snow shovel features meet the design requirements. Using the snow shovel on the prototype, a separate operation test was carried out. The average snow thickness of the road surface was 150 mm, the working speed was 13 km / h and the width of snow removal was 2.5 m. The prototype operation test shows that the design parameters of snow shovel are reasonable, the whole machine quality, traction force, snow shovel work resistance and work speed match well. The prototype test results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation results.
