施工企业进行生产经营活动的最终目的就是在满足总承包合同约定的前提下,如何降低工程成本,从而获得利润。要达到目的,就必需有效地对工程成本进行管理和控制,这就是我们实施项目承包活动的核心工作。用什么样的方法有效地确定成本目标并以此为基础进行有效的控制,经验和实践证明:准确编制施工预算是符合施工企业特点的、切实可行的有效方法之一。
The ultimate goal of construction enterprises in production and business activities is to meet the general contract contract, under the premise of how to reduce construction costs, and thus profit. To achieve this goal, we must effectively manage and control the cost of the project, which is the core of our project contracting activities. What kind of method is used to effectively determine the cost target and make effective control based on it?
