″串门″曾经是人们社交生活中的重要活动之一,一向认为″远亲不如近邻″的中国人热爱″串门″,把它当成维系邻里关系的一种手段。然而,近几十年来,随着城市现代居民形式由过去开放式的院落形式转变为公寓式的封闭式格局,邻里关系也逐渐淡漠,端着饭碗去别人家″串门″这件事似乎早已离我们而去,很多建筑师开始思考如何通过建筑形式为邻里关系提供有益的平台,而这个位于日本东京市世田谷区里的一栋住宅为我们做了一个很好的示范。这个项目是业主的家和他的3个出租住宅的集合体。建筑师TSUYOSHI SHINDO希望在世田谷区这个安静的住宅区中创建出一个实实在在的社区。这种想法源于2011年的日本地
As one of the important activities of people’s social life, “Slammer Gate” once believed that “distant relatives are inferior to their neighbors”, Chinese people love to “walk around” as a means to maintain their neighborhood relations. However, in recent decades, as the modern urban form has been transformed from an open courtyard style into an apartment-style closed structure, the neighborhood relationship has gradually become indifferent. As we depart, many architects are beginning to ponder how to provide a useful platform for neighborhood relations through architectural forms, and this house in Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan, is a good example for us. This project is the home of the owner and his collection of 3 rented dwellings. Architect TSUYOSHI SHINDO wants to create a real community in this quiet residential area of Setagaya. This idea originated in Japan in 2011
