建立了黄芪中异黄酮类成分的HPLC测定法。利用本法对黄芪样品中的芒柄花素(F)、毛蕊异黄酮(C)、黄芪异黄烷甙(A)进行定性检测,并对芒柄花素和毛蕊异黄酮进行了含量测定。HPLC条件;层析柱YWG80-5μm;流动相:正庚烷-无水乙醇-水-冰乙酸(80:20:0.05:0.05);流速1mI./min;检测波长280nm(定性)或250nm(定量)。
An HPLC assay was established for isoflavones in Astragalus membranaceus. This method was used to qualitatively detect formononetin (F), calycosin (C), and astragaloside (A) in Astragalus membranaceus samples, and the content of formononetin and calycosin was determined. HPLC conditions; Chromatography column YWG 80-5 μm; Mobile phase: n-heptane-absolute ethanol-water-glacial acetic acid (80:20:0.05:0.05); Flow rate 1 mI./min; Detection wavelength 280 nm (qualitative) or 250 nm ( Quantitative).
