衡水湖湿地土壤氮素利用细菌区系的分布调查结果表明:总体分布情况为氨化细菌>脱氮细菌>反硝化细菌>亚硝酸氧化细菌>氨氧化细菌>固氮细菌;水平分布数量为氨化细菌、固氮细菌及硝化细菌是东湖芦苇湿地>西湖芦苇香蒲沼泽,反硝化细菌与脱氮细菌分布则相反;垂直分布数量为氨化细菌及硝化细菌随土层加深而减少,固氮细菌、反硝化细菌及脱氮细菌随土层加深先上升后下降。
The results of bacterial distribution of soil nitrogen utilization in Hengshui Lake wetland showed that the distribution was ammoniated bacteria> denitrifying bacteria> denitrifying bacteria> nitrite oxidizing bacteria> ammonia oxidizing bacteria> nitrogen-fixing bacteria; the amount of horizontal distribution was ammonification Bacteria, nitrogen-fixing bacteria and nitrobacteria were the reed wetlands in East Lake> cattail marsh in reed of West Lake, and the distribution of denitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria was opposite. The number of ammoniacal bacteria and nitrobacteria decreased with the deepening of soil depth. Nitrogen-fixing bacteria and denitrification Bacteria and denitrifying bacteria increased first and then decreased with the deepening of soil layers.
