由于儒家文本、意识形态、研究方法等方面的限制,当前学界对如何认知和评价儒家思想产生了争论。解决这种争论,学界需要改进研究方法、拓展研究维度,以文本、制度、行为三个维度综合分析、评价儒家思想,方能接近历史真相。当前,学术界围绕“三纲”产生激烈争论,通过以汉代“父为子纲”为例,结合文本、制度、行为的三维度分析,文本支持了批儒一派的结论:父子间的权利义务是不对等的,“三纲”规定本身已经失去了现代的合理性。
Due to the limitation of Confucian texts, ideology and research methods, the current academic circles have debated how to recognize and evaluate Confucianism. To solve this controversy, the academic community needs to improve its research methods and expand its research dimension, and comprehensively analyze and evaluate Confucianism in three dimensions: texts, systems and behaviors, so as to be able to approach the historical truth. At present, the academic circles have fierce arguments around the “Three Programs”. By taking Han dynasty as an example, combining with the three-dimensional analysis of texts, systems and behaviors, the text supports the conclusion of the Confucian School: The rights and obligations between the two countries are not equal, and the “Three Gangs” requirement itself has lost its modern legitimacy.
