对专家系统和地理信息系统之间的有效集成与综合应用进行研究,以节水型城市建设、申请及考核的相关指标为例,建立基于专家系统开发工具CLIPS的节水型城市评价知识库,进而以跨平台的Qt/C++为编程语言,实现专家知识库系统和基于ArcEngine组件的地理信息系统集成,完成基于知识推理的节水型城市评估系统原型机.以甘肃张掖为例,演示了专家系统和地理信息系统集成在水资源管理领域的应用,显示出地理信息系统与专家系统的集成可作为解决非结构化、不确定的地学问题的有效手段,具有广阔的应用前景.
This paper studies the effective integration and comprehensive application between expert system and geographic information system. Taking water-saving city construction, application and assessment as examples, this paper builds a water-saving city evaluation knowledge base based on expert system development tool CLIPS, Then based on the cross-platform Qt / C ++ programming language, the expert knowledge base system and ArcEngine component-based GIS are integrated to complete the water-saving city evaluation system prototype based on knowledge reasoning.Taking Zhangye, Gansu Province as an example, an expert The application of GIS and GIS in the field of water resources management shows that the integration of GIS and expert system can be used as an effective means to solve unstructured and uncertain geosciences problems and has broad application prospects.
