采用直接热轧法成功获得了Cu-P-Cr-Ni-Mo双相耐候钢,研究了热轧双相耐候钢的组织、力学性能、腐蚀性能及焊接性能。结果表明:Cu-P-Cr-Ni-Mo热轧双相耐候钢组织均由多边形铁素体及其上分布的不规则的马氏体岛组成;相对于Cu-P-Cr-Ni-Mo耐候钢的常规热轧态,Cu-P-Cr-Ni-Mo热轧双相耐候钢的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别提高了21.6%~37.2%,6%~13.8%,屈强比降低了12.7%~19.7%;Cu-P-Cr-Ni-Mo热轧双相耐候钢的耐腐蚀性能优于09CuPCrNi耐候钢;Cu-P-Cr-Ni-Mo热轧双相耐候钢焊件的抗拉强度比其母材的抗拉强度降低了大约7%,但比常规热轧的Cu-P-Cr-Ni-Mo耐候钢板强度提高了16%。
The Cu-P-Cr-Ni-Mo dual-phase weathering steels were successfully obtained by direct hot rolling. The microstructure, mechanical properties, corrosion properties and weldability of the hot-rolled dual phase weathering steels were studied. The results show that the microstructures of hot-rolled dual-phase Cu-P-Cr-Ni-Mo dual-phase weathering steels are composed of polygonal ferrite and irregular martensite islands distributed thereon. Compared with Cu-P-Cr-Ni-Mo The tensile strength and yield strength of Cu-P-Cr-Ni-Mo hot-rolled dual-phase weathering steels increased by 21.6% -37.2%, 6% -13.8%, respectively, and the yield ratio decreased 12.7% -19.7%. The corrosion resistance of Cu-P-Cr-Ni-Mo hot-rolled dual phase weathering steels is better than that of 09CuPCrNi weathering steels.
