1949两份元旦献词1949年元旦,南京的中华民国总统蒋介石与西柏坡的中共领袖毛泽东分别发表了“元旦公告”和“新年献词”。这两篇文章既表明了两个党派的政治立场,也清楚地预示了他们各自的前途。蒋介石的“元旦公告”实际上是一份求和声明,而毛泽东的“新年献词”题目却是《将革命进行到底——一九四九年新年献词》。当时,虽然国民政府仍然控制着长江以南最富裕的地区,但以民心向背和军事力量的强弱对比而言,中共却明显占据上风,并显示出朝气蓬勃的一面,明确提出要建设一个民主的新中国。
1949 Two New Year’s Day Contributions On New Year’s Day of 1949, Chiang Kai-shek, president of the Republic of China in Nanjing and Mao Zedong, the leader of the CPC in Xibaipo, issued the New Year’s Day announcement and the New Year’s Word. Both of these articles show the political positions of the two parties and clearly foresee their respective future. Chiang Kai-shek’s “New Year’s Day Notice” is actually a summation statement, and Mao’s title of “New Year’s Words” is “Carrying Through the Revolution - In the New Year 1949”. At that time, although the national government still controlled the richest areas south of the Yangtze River, the CCP took the upper hand apparently in contrast with the strength of the people and the strength of the military force, and showed a vibrant side with a clear proposal of building a democracy New China.
