如果说:教师是人类灵魂的工程师,那么小学班主任老师就是“工程师”队伍中的领班儿,国人心目中的“中科院院士”。之所以这样形容,是因为小学阶段的教育太关键了,它将影响孩子的一生,关系到祖国的未来,世界的发展。很荣幸自己能成为“院士”中的一员,在二十几年的教育教学工作中,特别是担任班主任工作的日子里,我深深地感到肩上责任之重。为此,我不断地探索,努力地做好这项工作,并对其进行了如下的梳理。一、用爱心为孩子引航 If the teacher is the soul of human engineers, then the primary school teacher is the teacher in the “engineer ” team leader, people in the eyes of “Chinese Academy of Sciences ”. The reason for this is that the education in primary school is too crucial. It will affect the child’s life and the future of the motherland and the development of the world. I am honored to be a member of the “Academy of Sciences”. In the past two decades of education and teaching work, especially as a teacher in charge, I feel deeply the responsibility on my shoulders. To this end, I continue to explore and work hard to do this, and to sort it out as follows. First, with love for children pilotage
