IT服务管理体系的核心思想是建立以客户为中心、可计量的、高效率、低成本的服务。中国有色集团通过对IT服务管理体系进行总体规划,全面梳理IT服务管理流程(ITSM),完善IT服务管理制度,构建集团统一的IT服务管理平台,初步实现了IT服务管理的标准化、规范化和流程化,提升了集团整体IT服务管理水平,并可为IT服务管理体系在有色金属行业的推广应用提供有效案例。
