随着现代医院的发展,门诊具有科室多,门类全、结构复杂等特点,门诊的管理不是简单的科室行为,而逐渐形成了一个集医疗、行政、公关等综合性的独立部门,对内承上启下,对外内疏外联.因此,它远不仅是一个窗口现象,在这块阵地上,它担负着医疗、教学、预防保健的多重任务,并具有接触病人最早,接待病人最多,流量最大,就诊时间最短、病种最繁杂等特点,因此,如何面对时代向我们提出的新挑战.我们还能不能固守“皇帝女儿不愁嫁”的老观念,是我们急待解决的新课题.
With the development of modern hospitals, outpatients are characterized by multiple departments, complete categories, and complex structures. Outpatient management is not a simple departmental behavior. Instead, it gradually forms a comprehensive independent department integrating medical treatment, administration, and public relations. Therefore, it is far more than a window phenomenon. In this position, it shoulders the multiple tasks of medical care, teaching, preventive care, and has the earliest contact with patients, the largest number of patients received, the largest flow, and visits. With the shortest time and the most complicated diseases, how can we face the new challenges posed by our time? We can’t stick to the old concept of “the emperor’s daughter does not marry” and it is a new subject that we need to solve urgently.
