先心病的治疗基本是手术。近年来由于手术不断改进,手术适应症逐渐放宽。但有些轻型心脏缺损可自然闭合或建立侧枝循环,或病变很轻对患者无明显损害者,可不考虑手术治疗。例如有报告84岁的房隔缺损病例;松久茂久雄分析1978～1983年诊治的50岁以上的先心病165例的患病率见(表1)
The treatment of congenital heart disease is basically surgery. In recent years, due to continuous improvement of surgery, surgical indications gradually relaxed. However, some light heart defects can be closed naturally or the establishment of collateral circulation, or minimal change in patients with no significant damage, regardless of surgical treatment. For example, there was a report of 84-year-old cases of atrial septal defect; Matsugata Matsushi analysis of the prevalence of 165 cases of congenital heart disease over the age of 50 treated from 1978 to 1983 (Table 1)
