随着市场经济的发展,企业经营与管理的市场环境复杂多变,市场竞争加剧。其中,企业的人才队伍对企业的竞争力与实力具有重要影响。从当前来看,人才是企业经营发展中最为重要的因素。但是,企业在发展过程中不可避免的会遇到人才流失的问题,特别是对一些中小企业来说,人才流失危机逐渐加重,这制约了企业的顺利发展。在新形势下,如何加强企业的内部管理来防范人才流失问题成为企业人力资源管理中的一大重点。本文从这个角度出发,简要论述了危机管理的相关概念,分析了企业人才流失的主要原因,并从这些角度出发,提出预防人才流失的建议,希望能够给相关者提供一些思考。
With the development of market economy, the market environment in which enterprises operate and manage is complex and changeable, and the market competition is aggravated. Among them, the enterprise’s talent team has an important influence on the competitiveness and strength of the enterprise. From the current point of view, talent is the most important factor in business development. However, enterprises inevitably encounter the problem of brain drain during their development. Especially for some small and medium-sized enterprises, the crisis of brain drain gradually aggravates, which restricts the smooth development of enterprises. Under the new situation, how to strengthen the internal management of enterprises to prevent brain drain has become a major focus of human resources management in enterprises. From this point of view, this article briefly discusses the related concepts of crisis management, analyzes the main causes of brain drain, and from these perspectives, puts forward suggestions on preventing brain drain, hoping to provide some thinking to those concerned.
