目的本文主要分析赏识理念在小儿心脏外科护理中的应用疗效,希望对心脏疾病的治疗和护理提供建设性意见。方法选取我院2014年3月~2016年8月收治的心脏疾病患儿60例为研究对象,按照患儿入院治疗的先后顺序一对一分组,第一组30例患儿行常规护理,第二组30例患儿在第一组的基础之上结合赏识理念开展护理干预,对比两组临床护理干预效果。结果第二组临床护理总满意度为96.67%,第一组临床护理总满意度为73.33%;第二组患儿疼痛评分、投诉例数以及治疗依从性评分均明显优于第一组,数据之间的对比存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理相比较,赏识理念应用在小儿心脏外科护理之中,临床效果更加显著,能够有效地减少患儿的疼痛感,提升治疗的依从性,推广应用价值高。
Objective This article mainly analyzes the application effect of appreciation concept in pediatric cardiac surgery and hopes to provide constructive advice on the treatment and nursing of heart disease. Methods Sixty children with heart disease who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into one group according to the order of their admission. The first group of 30 children underwent routine nursing. Two groups of 30 children in the first group based on the concept of appreciation combined with nursing interventions, compared two groups of clinical nursing interventions. Results The total satisfaction of the second group of clinical nursing was 96.67%, the first group of total clinical nursing satisfaction was 73.33%. The second group of children’s pain score, complaint cases and treatment compliance scores were significantly better than the first group, data There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the routine nursing, the concept of appreciation is applied in pediatric cardiac surgery and nursing care. The clinical effect is more significant, which can effectively reduce the pain in children and enhance the compliance of the treatment, and promote the application value.
