“瘦肉精”事件尘埃未落,“染色馒头”“回炉面包”“牛肉膏”又接踵而来……近期食品安全事件的频频出现,不禁使得老百姓要问:“我们还能吃什么?”对于这些食品安全事件,政府则有立法机关、以及工商、公安等相关职能部门来处理,避免此类事件再次发生。从老百姓这个层面来说,了解食品安全的一些生活常识,提高食品安全的意识,在生活中尽量避免遭遇食品安全问题的侵害,这才是我们从事件中得到的沉痛教训。这也是我们本期特别报道的目的所在。
“Clenbuterol ” incident the dust has not slipped, “dyeing bread ” “back to the bread ” “beef paste ” followed one after another ... recent food safety incidents frequently appear, can not help but make people ask: “What else can we eat?” For these food safety incidents, the government has legislatures, as well as relevant functional departments such as the industrial and commercial authorities and public security departments to prevent such incidents from happening again. From the ordinary people’s level, it is a painful lesson we learned from the incident that we should understand some common sense of food safety, raise the awareness of food safety and try our best to avoid encountering food safety problems in our life. This is also the purpose of our special issue this issue.
