目的:进行中药复方感康灵喷雾剂药效学实验研究。方法:观察喷雾给药后对细菌内毒素所致发热模型家兔的解热作用,测定小鼠气管酚红分泌量观察其祛痰作用,对氨水所致咳嗽模型豚鼠的镇咳作用。以及对氯化乙酰胆碱致喘模型的平喘作用。结果:可使发热家兔体温降低,明显增加小鼠气管酚红分泌量,豚鼠咳嗽次数减少及咳嗽潜伏期延长,同时能显著延长豚鼠哮喘发作潜伏期。结论:感康灵喷雾剂具有良好的解热、镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the pharmacodynamics of traditional Chinese medicine compound Kangkangling spray. Methods: To observe the antipyretic effect of spraying endotoxin-induced fever model in rabbits after spraying, to observe the phlegm-reducing effect of tracheal phenol red secretion in mice, and the antitussive effect of ammonia-induced cough model in guinea pigs. And asthmatic effects on acetylcholine chloride induced asthma model. RESULTS: The body temperature of fever rabbits could be reduced, and the secretion of phenol red in the trachea of mice was significantly increased. The number of coughs in guinea pigs was reduced and the latency of cough was prolonged. At the same time, the latency of asthma in guinea pigs was significantly prolonged. Conclusion: Kangkangling spray has good antipyretic, antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic effects.
