自从Buonocore于1955年报道了酸蚀后的牙釉质表面,可增加与树脂粘结的机械强度,以及1962年Bowen应用复合树脂作为粘结材料以来,酸蚀—粘结技术日趋成熟。1973年Buonocore又应用光敏固化树脂修复切缘牙折。同年由美国Caulk公司首先提供了紫外线固化树脂及照射系统。但由于紫外线对人体有害,固化深度仅达1.5mm左右,常引起复合树脂固化不全。因而近年来被可见光固化树脂系统所代替。

However, due to harmful ultraviolet rays, curing depth of only about 1.5mm, often caused by composite resin curing incomplete. In recent years, it has been replaced by a visible light curable resin system.
