2004年以来,青岛市市南区劳动和社会保障局自觉把实现充分就业作为建设和谐社会的首要任务来抓,坚持以社区为依托,以建立完善社区就业服务体系为手段,以创建充分就业社区为目标,健全机制、创新服务、夯实基础、完善功能,推动职业指导、岗位开发、政策扶持等工作全面向社区延伸,基础建设初具规模,日常管理逐步规范,创建工作取得了初步成效。目前,全区81个社区中有20个社区达到了充分就业社区标准,占社区总数的25%。
