社会的飞速发展,用人单位对劳动力的数量和质量都提出了更高的要求,越来越注重从业者的职业素养。而长三角地区,对具有全面素质和综合职业能力的人才的需求尤为迫切。这就自然而然的促使从业者职业素养的培养成为现代职业教育热点,而中职学校则担负着为社会各行各业培养直接从事生产实践活动或服务活动的技术人才、管理人才的重任。围绕专业培养目标、贴近市场需求,培养更多更好的具有良好的职业道德和一定的文化知识和较高的综合职业能力的人才,是每个职业学校必须面对的问题。本课题着重阐述学校在对中职生的职业道德、文化知识、专业技能等方面开展教育教学的同时,探寻学生综合素质的培养,特别是如何在实践中探寻中职生职业素养的教育。
The rapid development of society, employing units on the quantity and quality of the workforce have put forward higher requirements, more and more emphasis on practitioners’ professionalism. In the Yangtze River Delta, for example, there is an urgent need for qualified personnel with comprehensive qualifications and comprehensive vocational skills. This naturally encourages the cultivation of practitioners’ professional qualifications into a hot spot of modern vocational education, while secondary vocational schools shoulder the heavy task of training technical personnel and management personnel who directly engage in production practice or service activities for all walks of life in society. Focus on professional training objectives, close to market demand, to develop more and better with good professional ethics and a certain degree of cultural knowledge and comprehensive professional ability of personnel, each vocational school must face the problem. This subject focuses on the education and teaching of vocational school students in terms of professional ethics, cultural knowledge, professional skills and so on. At the same time, it explores the cultivation of comprehensive quality of students, especially how to explore the vocational qualifications of vocational students in practice.
