目的:探讨情景模拟教学在急救护理学的心肺复苏实践操作与体会。方法:随机选取我院2014级护理系127名学生为研究对象,其中对照组62名,实验组65名。分别采用传统教学方法及情景模拟教学法,对比2组学生的考核成绩及课程满意度。结果:实验组学生的教学考核成绩为(93.43±3.92)分,明显高于对照组(89.75±2.66)分,(P<0.01)。对照组学生对教学效果的满意度为82.3%,而实验组的满意度为93.8%(P<0.05)。结论:对于急救护理学教学的心肺复苏术采用情景模拟教学法可以有效提高教学效果,加深学生对实践操作的理解和实际运用能力,有利于课堂教学,值得推广和应用。
Objective: To explore the practice and experience of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in first aid nursing in situational simulation teaching. Methods: A total of 127 students from Department of Nursing, 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected as study subjects, including 62 in control group and 65 in experimental group. The traditional teaching method and scenario simulation teaching method were respectively used to compare the test scores and curriculum satisfaction of two groups of students. Results: The result of the test in the experimental group was (93.43 ± 3.92) points, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (89.75 ± 2.66) (P <0.01). Satisfaction with teaching effectiveness was 82.3% in the control group and 93.8% in the experimental group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of situational simulation pedagogy in cardiopulmonary resuscitation in emergency nursing teaching can effectively improve teaching effectiveness, enhance students’ understanding and practical ability in practical operation, and is beneficial to classroom teaching. It is worthy of popularization and application.
