品管圈是指同一个工作场所的人为了要解决问题、提高工作效率,自动自发组成一个小团体,通过轻松愉快的现场管理方式使员工自动自发地参与管理活动,在工作中获得满足感与成就感。目前,品管圈已成为我院护理工作的一项重要内容。我科也积极地参与到医院开展的品管圈活动中,开展了“提高留置针的留置时间”为课题的品管圈活动,取得一定成果,现将有关活动总结如下。
