研究早期混凝土内部湿度的分布规律对控制早期混凝土裂缝具有重要意义。以现有试验结果和扩散理论为基础,分析了影响混凝土湿度扩散系数因素,采用MATLAB数值方法求解出不同水灰比下混凝土内部的湿度分布情况,并和已有试验结果进行了对比,结果表明数值计算与试验结果吻合良好,该数值方法计算的湿度场可为防止早期混凝土表面开裂提供参考。
It is very important to study the distribution law of internal humidity in early concrete to control the early concrete crack. Based on the existing test results and diffusion theory, the factors influencing the humidity diffusion coefficient of concrete are analyzed. The numerical simulation of the humidity distribution in concrete with different water-cement ratio is carried out by MATLAB numerical simulation. The results are compared with the existing experimental results The numerical calculation is in good agreement with the experimental results. The numerical calculation of the humidity field can provide a reference for preventing the cracking of early concrete surface.
