民生问题的解决程度决定了社会进步程度和国家发展的进程。解决好民生问题不单是政府的核心任务,也一直是民盟参政议政、反映社情民意的重要内容。近期,我们以“关注民生”为主题举行了系列座谈会,分别就如何能使广大人民群众享有良好的教育、稳定的就业、公正的收入分配、安全的社会保障网、健康的生活环境、平等的发展空间等问题进行专题探讨。2007年7月12日下午在民盟中央三楼会议室举行了“社会保障是民生之安全网”专题座谈会。
