目的:观察加味藿香正气散联合匹维溴胺与黛立新治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的疗效。方法:将102例患者随机分为2组,对照组用匹维溴胺和黛立新治疗,治疗组用加味藿香正气散联合匹维溴胺与黛立新治疗,疗程4周,在治疗结束时记录患者症状改善等情况,根据症状评分综合分析2组的疗效。结果:2组患者在治疗后症状均有改善(P<0.01);但治疗组症状改善比对照组更明显(P<0.01);总有效率治疗组92.0%,对照组78.8%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:加味藿香正气散联合匹维溴胺与黛立新治疗IBS-D有良好疗效,且无毒副反应。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi San combined with pivalveribol and Dai Lixin in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D). Methods: 102 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with pivaliviril and Dai Lixin. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder and Pirelli Bromide for 4 weeks. Conclusion: Modified Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder combined with pivalivir and Dai Lixin treatment of IBS-D has a good effect, and no toxic side effects.
