20世纪即将过去,21世纪即将到来,在这辞旧迎新的时刻,我们聚集在一起,庆祝我国著名的美术理论家、美术教育家和美术活动家蔡若虹同志90华诞,中国美术家协会特向蔡若虹同志表示最热烈的祝贺和最诚挚的敬意。 蔡若虹同志1910年出生于江西省九江市,青年时代便投身于人民革命和民族解放的伟大斗争之中,积极从事革命文艺活动。1926年,国民革命军攻克九江后,他曾经绘制反帝反封建的宣传画。1930年秋,蔡若虹同志考入上海美术专科学校西画系,第二年参加左翼美术家联盟,并开始在一些进步刊物上发表揭露当时社会黑暗、贫富不均和宣传抗日救
The twentieth century is about to end, and the 21st century is coming. At this juncture of welcome and welcome, we gather to celebrate the 90th anniversary of Comrade Cai Ruorong, a famous art theorist, art educator and art activist in China.
