电信市场竞争愈加激烈,中国电信是移动业务市场的后进者,接手CDMA业务时间不长,业务经验欠缺,移动用户规模最小,现金流匮乏,更需要重视客户管理和维系工作。移动话务行为分析系统做为陕西电信移动业务管理的支撑系统,在业务经营、用户管理等方面发挥了重要作用。分析了目前陕西电信移动业务发展和管理工作中存在的问题及建设移动话务行为分析系统的必要性,以及该系统在业务管理工作中的应用。
In the increasingly fierce competition in the telecom market, China Telecom is a latecomer to the mobile services market. Taking over the CDMA business for a short time, lacking in business experience, the smallest mobile subscribers and the lack of cash flow, China Telecom needs to attach importance to customer management and maintenance work. As a support system for Shaanxi Telecom’s mobile service management, the mobile traffic behavior analysis system has played an important role in business management and user management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development and management of Shaanxi Telecom’s mobile service and the necessity of building a mobile traffic behavior analysis system and the application of the system in business management.
