开展小组合作学习,并不是简单的把学生分成若干小组,在形式上实现小组,而是在实际的操作过程中,按照学生的学习现状,接受能力,学习内容等变化,把学生按照一定的标准进行分组,小组之间可以实现优劣互补,让学生在小组中都有所价值,都能展现自身的特质,促进小组的建设,实现个人的发展。小组合作学习,目的还是在于促进学生学生的学习,那么在教学设计和教学管控的过程中,必须考虑到学情,从学生的视角去优化小组,管理小组,发挥小组的作用,促进学生的健康发展。
