The 5th annual ranking was recently announced by the Fortune magazine’s nation’s best commercial city. Judging from the aspects involved in the selection survey and the final rankings, the organizers undoubtedly set the “best” position as the most attractive for knowledge and technical personnel and the most promising for high-tech industries . The poll was conducted by questionnaire and data collection by New York-based consulting firm Moran-Star and Bauer (MS & B).
