提出了一种按给定传动比要求设计平面四杆机构的设计方法。首先分析了四杆机构传动比的变化特征:然后根据给定的传动比要求,进行了图解设计并引入了解析计算;最后绘制了机构的设计线图。
A design method of designing a planar four-bar mechanism according to the given gear ratio is proposed. First of all, the change characteristics of the transmission ratio of four-bar linkage mechanism are analyzed. Then, according to the given transmission ratio requirements, the graphic design is carried out and the analytical calculation is introduced. Finally, the design line chart of the mechanism is drawn.
