A detailed analysis of the contents of the process method model for the 20000 version of the ISO 90000 family of standards. The key points of the hardware, software and personnel composition system (SHCS) of the process method model are presented, and a block diagram of the dynamic process of continuously improving customer satisfaction is studied. Combined with examples, the causality diagram of the warranty SHCS and the weight calculation of each factor are clarified.
