常规抽油机采油是目前油田采油中占主导地位的人工举升方式,但系统能耗高、系统效率低、采油成本高、经济效益差,严重地制约了抽油系统的高效运行,近几年我油田试验应用了不同类型的节能抽油机,本文主要介绍了弯游梁式节能抽油机的节能原理,以及现场应用效果,弯游梁式抽油机较相同机型节电20%以上,适应低渗透油田的生产和节能需要。
Conventional pumping unit oil production is the dominant artificial lifting mode in oilfield production. However, the high energy consumption, low system efficiency, high oil recovery cost and poor economic benefit have seriously restricted the efficient operation of pumping system. Recently, In my field experiment, different types of energy-saving pumping units were applied. This paper mainly introduced the energy-saving principle of curved beam energy-saving pumping units and the field application effects. Compared with the same type, the curved beam pumping units save 20% Above, to adapt to the low permeability oil production and energy needs.
